The short answer
A team of twelve AI specialists, the chicks, does the volume of the work. A person leads every project and signs off before anything reaches you.
That person is our founder. She's a software engineer with 26+ years behind her, and she's on your first call herself.
The two halves
Think of it as heavy lifting and judgment.
| Who | What they do | |
|---|---|---|
| Heavy lifting | The chicks | Drafts, first passes, repetitive checks, research, testing |
| Judgment | Our founder | What gets built, what the words say, what's ready to go live |
Call it 80/20. The chicks do the bulk of the hours. Our founder makes the calls that matter.
What a chick is
Each chick is an AI specialist with one job and a name. Sage works out your ideal buyer. Marlo writes in your voice. Sloane reads code. Robin tests the finished product like a real visitor.
They aren't people, and we don't pretend they are. They're tools with a defined role, and each one has a person checking its work.
Who you meet
You meet two of them early. Our founder leads, and Avery is our chief of staff. Avery is the front door for both of our services, and she turns what you tell us into a plan.
The rest of the team works behind them. You'll hear about the work they do in your check-ins.
Why it's built this way
A person doing everything is slow and expensive. A machine doing everything is fast and careless. Neither is good enough when each customer is worth real money to you.
Putting machines on the repetitive parts and a person on the judgment parts gives you speed without the careless mistakes.
What a person always does
- Talks with you first. The first conversation is never handed to a machine.
- Approves your plan. Nothing starts until it makes sense.
- Checks the result. Nothing ships, and nothing is sent, without a person's yes.
- Answers for it. If something is wrong, a person fixes it.
Who this might not suit
If you want a big agency with a named project manager and a status meeting every Monday, we're not that. We keep it direct on purpose, and you deal with the person in charge.
The longer version
Owners sometimes ask whether the chicks replace people, and the honest answer is that they replace the slow, repetitive hours inside a project rather than the judgment around it, which means the thinking that decides what to build or what to say still comes from a person with decades of experience, and the machines simply let that person cover far more ground in a week. Speed without judgment is a risk. We keep both.
