Who will I talk to, and how often?

You talk with our founder on the first call and with Avery, our chief of staff, along the way. While we build, you get 30-minute check-ins. You don't manage the chicks yourself.

The short answer

You talk with our founder on the first call, and with Avery along the way. While we build, you get 30-minute check-ins.

You don't manage the chicks. That's our job.

The two people you'll know

Our founder leads every project. She's a software engineer with 26+ years of experience, and she's on your first call. She also checks the work before it reaches you.

Avery is our chief of staff and the front door for both services. She turns your first conversation into a plan, runs your check-ins, and watches the conversations that need a person.

How often

When Who What
First call Our founder Your business, your customer, what to fix first
While we build Our founder and Avery 30-minute check-ins to adjust as we go
Once it's running You and your report A one-page monthly report
Any time Whoever's on your project Questions in plain language

We won't flood you with status emails. We'll also never go quiet for weeks.

What you don't have to do

You don't need to talk to a designer, a tester, a copywriter and a developer separately. One conversation goes to the right chick. The team passes the work along between them.

You also don't have to learn the tools. There's nothing to log into for a Growth Engine, and you see progress in plain terms for an app.

When you talk to someone else

If you run a Growth Engine, you talk with your own prospects. Nobody else takes your sales call. That conversation belongs to you.

What happens if you need someone fast

Tell Avery. Urgent questions get a fast, human answer, not a ticket number.

Who this isn't for

If you want a different person every week, or a large team to manage, we're not the right fit. We keep the lines short so you always know who is responsible.

The longer version

Clear ownership makes communication simple in a way big agencies struggle to copy, because the person who heard what you wanted on the first call is still around when the work is reviewed, and nothing gets lost in a hand-off between an account manager, a project manager and whoever happens to be assigned that week. One thread runs through it all. You can follow it.
