Brand throughline: Living Philotimo · Awaken Your Inner Genius™
Chapter 01
Client
Sophia Stavron — Emmy Award–winning film producer, #1 bestselling co-author (with Jack Canfield) of Mastering the Art of Success, speaker, and transformational mentor. Three decades of work with celebrities, professional athletes, Fortune 500 leaders, and everyday seekers — all under the Greek virtue she carries into every engagement: Philotimo.

Chapter 02
What it is
sophiastavron.com — Sophia's positioning site, live now at her own domain. A single owned home that leads with her authority, filters fits from non-fits before the inquiry, and routes every message straight to her, tagged by which of her five offers the visitor is actually ready for.
Living Philotimo — the ancient Greek virtue of honor, love, and selfless excellence — is the brand throughline that carries the voice across every page; it's also the name of her flagship signature program. "Awaken Your Inner Genius™" is the promise. Sophia's name is the surface.
Chapter 03
Existing Success
Sophia wasn't short on audience or credibility. An Emmy, a #1 bestseller with Jack Canfield, features on ABC Broadcast, ABC News, NBC, and OWN, and a roster of celebrity, athlete, and Fortune 500 clients who already know her work. What she didn't have was a surface that organized all of it — one place where a new prospect could read the credentials, see the offers, understand the fit, and step into a conversation without losing any of her brand on the way.
Chapter 04
The Challenge
Sophia's problem was a positioning and routing problem, not an audience problem.
- Her receipts were scattered. Emmy, Canfield, speaking clips, celebrity clients — all real, none of it organized into a single page that earned the ask. Prospects were taking her credibility on faith, not seeing it stacked.
- Her offers competed with each other. Signature program, 1:1, keynote, mastermind, and a 1:1 Pick My Brain session — five distinct ways to work with her, each with a different price point and a different readiness profile. On the old site they blurred into a single "work with me" blob.
- The wrong fits were still getting through. Sophia is selective by design — she only takes clients she's confident she can transform. But nothing on the old site said so. Inquiries from quick-fix seekers, passive delegators, and people unwilling to be challenged were costing her triage time she didn't owe.
- Inquiries had no structure. Every message was a cold contact form. There was no way to know on intake whether someone was reaching out about the flagship program or a keynote booking — both equally likely, both routed the same.
Chapter 05
The Solution
theAppChicks built sophiastavron.com as a positioning + inquiry system, now live at her domain. Here's what Sophia's practice has, as capabilities she owns:
An authority surface that actually earns the ask
The home leads with the hero — "Ignite your potential. Not just your ambition." — and the receipts follow: Emmy Award-winning film producer, #1 bestselling co-author with Jack Canfield, featured on ABC / NBC / OWN, clientele from celebrity to Fortune 500. A prospect who lands on the site doesn't need to take her authority on faith; it's stacked on one page, in order, and she never has to repeat it in a discovery call.
Selective-by-design filtering, before the conversation
An explicit "we're a powerful fit when…" / "this may not be the right fit if…" section spells out what Sophia is looking for — proven track record, ready to go deeper, knows what's blocking them — and what she isn't — quick-fix tactics, someone to do the work for them, unwillingness to be challenged. The wrong-fit inquiries self-select out before they reach her inbox. The right ones arrive pre-qualified.
Five offers, cleanly stacked
One page where her five distinct offers are ranked and labeled — Signature Program: Living Philotimo (Flagship), 1:1 Mentorship (Available Now), Keynote Speaking (Exclusive), Mastermind Programs (Elite Peer Groups), Pick My Brain (1:1 Session). Each offer is surfaced to the readiness level and budget it fits. Prospects self-route to the right door before they ever fill out a form.
Inquiries routed directly to Sophia, pre-sorted
The contact form's interest-category dropdown — Living Philotimo Program, 1:1 Mentorship, Keynote Speaking, Mastermind, Pick My Brain, General Inquiry — tags every message at the source, and every submission lands in Sophia's inbox already labeled by which offer the prospect is reaching for. No assistant queue, no CRM in the middle. Paired with the on-page commitment — every message is read, response within 48 hours, held in confidence — every sender hears back, without Sophia losing half her week to triage. The same tagged submissions feed her own contact list next, so she can broadcast to the right interest segment from her own dashboard without a dev cycle.
A brand throughline that survives scale
The site's voice, typography, and visual language all carry Living Philotimo as the philosophical anchor — the 3,500-year-old Greek virtue framed as a modern leadership philosophy, paired with the Awaken Your Inner Genius™ trademark. Every new page, offer, or future content piece writes against that throughline, so the brand doesn't drift as the practice grows.
Chapter 06
What Sophia's prospects see
- A calm, editorial landing page with deep indigo + gold — her philosophical register, not a generic coach template.
- Her authority stacked in one scroll: Emmy, Canfield, ABC/NBC/OWN, celebrity and Fortune 500 clients — on one page, in order.
- A self-test: "we're a fit when / may not be a fit if" — they know before they type whether this conversation is worth starting.
- Five clearly distinct offers with distinct CTAs (Discover the program / Inquire / Book Sophia / Apply to Join / Pick My Brain) — they route themselves to the right door.
- A 3-step process laid out explicitly — Clarity → Transformation → Elevated Embodiment — so prospects know what they're signing up for.
- Testimonials from people with names they recognize (Juaquin Hawkins, former NBA player) and people who sound like them (S.A., Manhattan, NY).
- A contact form that treats their message with respect: "every message is read," "response within 48 hours," "held in confidence."
Chapter 07
What Sophia sees
- An inbox where every inquiry arrives pre-tagged by interest — she knows before she opens it whether it's a keynote ask or a flagship-program applicant.
- Far fewer mismatched inquiries to triage, because the site filtered them out upstream.
- A single canonical URL for every authority surface she used to have to explain in conversation — "here's the about page" replaces a five-minute recap.
- An admin area she signs into to edit content herself — daily Drops, Love Letters, events, testimonials — live in minutes, no developer, no ticket queue.
- A business that stays hers — domain, content, and inquiries all on her side of the line. If she ever changes agencies, everything moves with her.
Chapter 08
Why this matters
Sophiastavron.com is the pattern for any high-credibility mentor, coach, speaker, or advisor whose offers and authority have outgrown a generic "work with me" page:
You've done the work. The audience already knows your name. What's missing is the surface that organizes your receipts, filters the right clients in, and routes every inquiry to you with enough context that you're not starting from zero. The positioning site isn't marketing — it's triage.
It's also proof the theAppChicks model works for positioning + inquiry flow — a different discipline than a trader's app or a creator's affiliate site, but the same ownership outcome. Sophia owns her authority surface, her offer stack, her inquiry routing, and the relationship with every prospect who reaches through.
Chapter 09
Design principles the site must respect
- Reverent — the register of a philosopher, not a sales page.
- Receipt-led — authority stacked visibly, before the ask.
- Selective — the fit criteria are explicit, not hinted at.
- Sorted — every inquiry arrives pre-tagged by offer.
Appendix
Status
Live at sophiastavron.com. The new positioning site has replaced the legacy WordPress home at her own domain — same URL, new surface, new inquiry flow. The site is in active iteration as Sophia's photography, testimonials, and the Living Philotimo program copy land; the positioning, offers grid, and the inquiry-routing flow are shipped and serving traffic.

Technical appendix
Included for the curious. This is how the outcomes above are delivered; none of it is the story.
| Layer | Choice | Why it serves the business |
|---|---|---|
| Framework | Next.js App Router + React + TypeScript | One site for home, offerings, about, contact — and whatever comes next |
| Styling | Tailwind | Brand voice (indigo + gold, serif display, reverent spacing) lives in tokens, not scattered CSS |
| Backend | Supabase | The membership backend behind sign-in, content, and event registration |
| Sign-in | Supabase magic-link sign-in | Members get in with an emailed link — no password to manage |
| Admin | Sophia's admin area | She edits content herself — daily Drops, Love Letters, events — without a deploy |
| Resend | Contact form and member email land in the right inbox, tagged by interest category; same submissions populate her contact list for future broadcasts | |
| Payments | Stripe | Paid event registration |
| Mobile | Expo mobile app | The same membership experience in a native app alongside the website |
| Hosting | Cloudflare Workers | Fast global edge, auto-deploy on push, preview URL per branch for Sophia's review before changes go live |
| Analytics | Cloudflare Web Analytics | Cookieless — no consent banner interrupting the reading experience |
Beyond the positioning surface, the build is a full membership website plus an Expo mobile app: members sign in with a magic link, Sophia edits her daily Drops, Love Letters, and events from an admin area without a developer, transactional email runs through Resend, and event registration takes payment through Stripe — all on a Supabase backend.
