Is a real person involved, or is this fully automated?

Both. The AI outreach platform and its AI sales assistant do the sending and the easy replies. People set it up, approve it with you, and watch the conversations that need a person.

The short answer

Both. The AI does the sending and the easy replies. People set it up, approve it with you, and watch the conversations that need a person.

You talk with your own prospects. Nobody takes that over.

What the AI does

Our AI outreach platform finds the buyers and sends the messages. Its AI sales assistant answers the easy questions quickly, so interested people don't wait three days for a reply.

That's the repetitive work. It's the part a person would do badly at scale, because it's dull.

What people do

  • Set it up. A person works out your ideal customer and builds the list around it.
  • Approve it with you. Every message gets your yes before it goes out.
  • Watch the conversations. When a reply needs judgment, a person handles it.
  • Own the quality. If something is off, a person fixes it.

Where the line sits

Easy questions go to the assistant. Hard ones, such as an objection, a pricing question, or a person who sounds unsure, go to a human first.

If a prospect asks to talk to someone, they do. You take the call yourself.

Why we don't go fully automated

Fully automated outreach is cheap, and it shows. Messages sound like templates, replies miss the point, and nobody notices until a customer complains.

We think that's a bad trade for a business where each customer is worth real money.

Why we don't do it all by hand

It wouldn't scale. A person writing every message and chasing every reply would cost far more, and a lot of that work is repetitive enough that a machine does it better.

The mix is the point. Machines handle the volume and people handle the judgment.

An honest note

The AI is a tool we use. It isn't a person, and we won't pretend it is. When someone talks with your assistant, they're talking with an assistant.

The longer version

If you've been burned by a chatbot that couldn't understand a simple question, you may assume any AI involvement means your prospects will hit the same wall, but the assistant here works from answers written in advance from your own facts, hands off anything it isn't sure about, and is watched by a person who steps in before a conversation drifts. It knows its limits. We do too.

Think of the split like a restaurant kitchen, where machines handle the chopping and the timing that would exhaust a person, and a chef still tastes every dish before it leaves the pass, because the point of the machinery is to free the chef's attention for the judgment calls that decide whether a plate is good enough to serve. People taste the work. Always.
