The short answer
The Growth Engine finds homeowners and building managers who are likely to need a new system or a service contract, contacts them for you, and books the estimate on your calendar.
You approve every message first. You send the technician or the estimator, and you win the job.
Why HVAC fits
Emergency calls come from people searching in the moment. That's not what we do.
We help with the planned work, like a system replacement, a new install, a maintenance agreement, or a contract with a building, where one new customer is worth real money and often keeps paying for years after the first job is done.
The sale also starts with a conversation. Someone has to look at the house or the building and say what it needs.
Two kinds of buyers
Most HVAC companies have two kinds of customers worth finding, and the way you reach them is different enough that we build a separate list and a separate message for each one.
| Buyer | What they might need | Why they're worth it |
|---|---|---|
| Homeowner with an older home | System replacement, a tune-up plan | A big job, and a long relationship |
| Property manager or office owner | A service contract | Recurring work across several units |
An illustrative example, not a real client result. A manager of three small office buildings has no go-to HVAC company. That's a strong fit. A tenant in a rental can't hire you, so that's not a fit.
The messages
Each message is short and specific. It mentions something true about the home or the building, and asks one small question.
An illustrative example for a homeowner:
"Homes built around yours often still have the original furnace. Want a free system check before winter?"
You read every message first. If a line doesn't sound like your company, we change it.
Replies and booking
Replies get a fast answer, so when someone asks what a check involves or roughly what a replacement runs, they hear back the same day instead of the same week. A person watches the conversations that need one.
When a buyer says yes, the estimate goes on your calendar. An illustrative booking: "Tue 9:00 am. Home system check." Your estimator walks in knowing what the buyer asked.
What you do
- Approve the messages. A kickoff call, a review, then short check-ins.
- Send your estimator. The quote and the close stay with you.
- Tell us what you're seeing. We tune from what comes back.
When it isn't a fit
It's probably not right if you only want emergency repair calls. Those don't start with outreach.
It's also not right if your crews are booked out for the season. Fix that first.
We don't promise a number of estimates. Every month we show you who we found, who replied and who booked.
