The Story
Dean P. Chang is a man with many accolades to his name. He is a nationally certified lymphedema therapist, a California certified massage therapist, and a nationally certified bodywork therapist. He heals people and pets through his intuitive and multidisciplinary approach in massage therapy. A few months back, Dean saw a rise of 60% in his website traffic from mobile devices, so he envisaged to improve his online presence through which people can contact him, learn about his massage therapies, and make better choices about treating their health issues.

The Challenge
He came to us for creating a mobile-optimized experience to better serve those 60% of people. To make his site truly responsive, we have to keep in mind a lot of attributes. What posed challenge was the integration of Optimizepress with WordPress. The platform provides rapid prototyping scopes along with designs. Had a tough time with certain features in Optimizepress, but we cracked them with custom CSS scripts.

The Solution
Our first step in going responsive was to convert the pages to CSS-driven div tags. It helped us comply with HTML5 standard. We then ensured that our CSS implemented the media query description so that the website responds to the screen resolution of all devices. Be it desktop or mobile.
Dean’s responsive website has recently gone live and he is very excited about the response.
