The App Chicks started its journey in 2011 when co-founders Carey and Jen serendipitously sat together at a technology summit in San Diego, CA. During a mobile app software presentation, Jen nonchalantly whispered to Carey that she was interested in app development. The moment Carey revealed she owned the software, they were inseparable and The App Chicks were born. Within days, training began, systems were in place, and the business was live. Since then, The App Chicks have vastly grown in expertise, team, software, business, and ideas.
